Meet Alexa Robinson, an Agile Coach whose unexpected journey into co-parenting sparked a passion for understanding the intricacies of raising children. Based just outside Hartford in Connecticut, she shares her home with her partner, stepchildren, and two cats. In her free time, she indulges in reading, writing, and exploring hiking trails. With over a decade as an educator, Alexa draws parallels between Agile coaching and parenting, recognizing the transformative power of connection over traditional methods.

Her collaborative journey with Sabeeka began when they crossed paths as agile trainers, discovering a shared passion and belief. Together, they forge a path of insight and shared experiences.

Sabeeka Lambe

Meet Sabeeka, a Delivery Excellence Leader and Agile Coach who experiences the transformative impact of Agile values & principles, not just professionally but also in the dynamic realm of parenthood. Witnessing her children shift from infants to toddlers, she recognized the impact of applying these at home, seamlessly blending coaching expertise with the intricate art of family life. Beyond her professional commitments, Sabeeka finds solace in artistic pursuits like doodling and painting. Managing a blog dedicated to fostering healthy living and effective parenting mirrors her commitment to holistic well-being.
